The La Verkin City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing for the following applications on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly scheduled Commission meeting:
1. Ritas Dream Subdivision: A one lot subdivision of a .50-acre parcel located at the north end of 400 West and 400 North with the Tax ID # LV-136-F-1-A.
2. Coyote Flats Subdivision: A one lot subdivision of a 11.43-acre parcel located east and west of 101 E 500 N with the Tax ID # LV-159-C-1-A
3. Crestview Village No. 3 Subdivision amendment: Providing for a one lot split of a .193-acre parcel located at 585 N 120 W with the Tax ID # LV-CR-3-13 (lot 13)
